When asked about the challenges of 2020, the CRG team responds with a mix of emotions that are typical of any essential business. It’s been a challenging time and, for CRG, one of their most successful years to date.

As they celebrate their 10th anniversary this year, the leadership team at CRG can’t help but credit much of their success to the hard work and dedication of their team, many of which have been with the company for five years or longer.

For CRG, the pandemic gave opportunity to strengthen resources for those who needed guidance navigating the real estate and new home construction process from afar and during a crisis.

Providing shelter is a basic and essential need, explained the team at CRG, so their team was back to work quickly with increased protocols, and together, they have achieved several consecutive months of their strongest sales to date. ‘Which means we’ve been able to fulfill housing needs for hundreds of families during a very tumultuous time.’

As a fully integrated company, CRG Companies offers turnkey home buying and building services. A full real estate brokerage, custom home design and construction company, they also offer commercial construction and neighborhood planning/development services.

Their first new home community, Living Dunes, also continued to boast record breaking sales during the summer months following the onset of COVID.
