The Pawleys Island Festival of Music and Art is entering its 22nd season as one of the most anticipated cultural events the Grand Strand has to offer.

Spanning two weeks, the festival features an array of visual and performing arts. Back to headline this year is Grammy award-winning jazz vocalist Steve Tyrell, who will be performing on Saturday, October 6, at The Reserve Golf Club of Pawleys Island. Other musical guests include Blues legend Mac Arnold, opera singer Taylor Johnson, the Fireworks Ensemble American Tapestry and Deborah Silver, all performing on different nights throughout the festival.

The Pawleys Island Wine Gala on Friday, October 5, gives guests the opportunity to taste and purchase wines from more than 80 renowned wineries, as well sample hors d’oeuvres. On Saturday, October 13, the Legends of Motown starring Horizon will take the stage.

Rounding out the festival on October 14 will be the Bright Star Theatre’s performance of Once Upon A Time and the Chalk Under the Oaks street painting competition.
