Bistro 90 may be off the beaten path of the culinary offerings along the main drag on the beach, but it’s been a locals’ mainstay standing on its own on Highway 90 in Longs since 2008.

Choose from a center-, barrel-cut filet mignon, rib eye, New York strip, a variety of bone-in steaks, Australian rack of lamb, veal chops, and a Japanese Kurobuta cowboy pork chop. And you can top them off with any of their house-made sauces.
Starter options include Golden Osetra or Royal White Sturgeon Caviar Service, a board of Fresh Fruit, Olives, and Imported Cheeses, Rotating Oyster Selections (on the half-shell or Rockefeller-style), Scallops and Pork Belly finished with fresh lemon, local honey, white wine, and caramelized ginger, and Hudson Valley “A” Grade Foie Gras.
Fresh seafood favorites delivered daily from certified waters include the center-cut Chilean sea bass, center-cut Faroe Island salmon fillet, crab cake and shrimp, U-10 New Bedford scallops, and the evening’s fresh catch. Pasta, chicken, and duck dishes round out the entrees, complete with your choice of tempting salads and sides. Expect all ingredients to be locally and organically sourced farm-to-table from local growers in the Carolinas.
