The first annual Katie’s Prom Black Tie Gala was held at the Grande Dunes Ocean Club to benefit Katie’s Project, a nonprofit that collects formal wear donations for young prom-goers. Guests enjoyed entertainment by Gaston, hors d’oeuvres, dancing, and a silent auction. At evening’s end, the winning bidder of a dress donated by Vanna White returned it to the program for future fundraising efforts.
