Fournier Custom Building was established in 1987 by Steve Fournier, the current president. The company is proud to be a family-owned business which includes Steve’s wife, Carmela Fournier as Office Manager and son Lee Fournier as Project Manager. Randy McDanel oversees his jobsite team as the site supervisor. “We provide in-depth personalized service and communication during design, construction, and after completion. Custom home building is one of our family’s primary passions in life, and we love what we do. With over 30 years of designing and building quality custom homes in Horry and Georgetown Counties, we can handle your complete design, draft and build service from conception to completion,” Steve Fournier says.
