Anderson Brothers Bank is a full-service community bank offering a complete range of competitive loan services and deposit products. Founded in 1933, our family-owned bank blends the elements of traditional personal service, local market awareness, and advanced technology to meet the financial needs of our customers. We offer 25 branches conveniently located in 17 communities throughout the Pee Dee, Coastal and Low Country regions of South Carolina.

In 1933, Anderson Brothers Bank opened with the mission of helping families and businesses in the community. Today, we not only provide financial services to our markets but also continue to serve as a cheerful community booster in our participation, leadership and giving. Among other initiatives, Anderson Brothers Bank employees make financial education presentations to local school children, organize blood and food drives, and adopt less fortunate families during the Christmas season. We donated more than $460,000 in 2021 to local non-profit organizations, charities and community events throughout our footprint.  If there’s a community event or need in the area, Anderson Brothers Bank will be there.

David E. Anderson, President and CEO, was named 2021 Banking Power List honoree for his innovative leadership with the Federal Paycheck Protection Program during the pandemic. Committed to the communities the bank serves and determined to provide assistance, staff and loan officers were encouraged to actively seek area businesses that needed help navigating the PPP process so that they could continue to operate successfully during a time when many others were shutting down.
“We originated more than $92 million in Phase I and more than $45 million in Phase II loans,” Anderson says.  “This obviously kept local retailers from having to lay off any staff and helped sustain the economy until they could begin operating fully.”
We stand behind our customers and communities. We’re local lenders making local decisions.  That’s what sets ABB apart from the other guys.
