Millstone Biscuit Co. will become a must for your biscuit cravings

Butter your biscuit by heading to Millstone Biscuit Co. in Garden City Beach or Pawleys Island, two locations to feed you and your family for breakfast or lunch.

The cute café in Garden City is in a strip mall on Business 17 across from Walmart. Rustic clapboard siding and a tin roof awning is featured on the front façade, and the interior reveals a fresh, clean, sleek dining space painted in a white and gray palette, with hardwood flooring, four-top tables set with potted succulent centerpieces and metal chairs, track ceiling lighting, and the order counter front and center.

Millstone is the maven of biscuit baking. Each of their fresh-baked biscuits are flaky, moist, and delicious. And the toppings are crazy creative, ranging from the traditional breakfast go-to’s to their specialty combinations.

Choose sausage, bacon, shaved ham, fried bologna, country fried steak, country ham, pork roll, smoked sausage, or chicken, add egg, cheese, or a hash brown cake, and put your hands on those buttery biscuits for bites and bites of blissfulness.

Millstone's fresh-baked biscuits can be hand-held, but some of their delish, layered specialty biscuits may require a fork!.

If you want to take it up to the next level of biscuit bliss, try some of these specialties that might require a fork! The Fuji Apple Biscuit is sandwiched with fried apples and ricotta cheese, then topped with cinnamon sugar and caramel drizzle. There’s also Biscuit on the Bayou with crawfish and andouille sausage gravy poured over the biscuit; the Guac ’n Roll stuffed with guacamole and turkey sausage and topped with a sunny side egg; The King, slathered with peanut butter, grilled bananas and bacon; and more.

For more breakfast options besides biscuits (But why would you pass up the biscuits?), Millstone also offers breakfast platters served with your choice of meat, eggs, home fries, or grits.

Venturing outside more breakfast menu offerings, like breakfast burritos and healthy bowls, there is also a creative list of fresh salads, burgers, sandwiches, and wraps. Pair your dining decision with any of Millstone Biscuit Co.’s coffees, sodas, teas, or juices.

This locally owned eatery is another welcome inclusion into our south-end beach breakfast hotspots, and one you will want to incorporate into your daily morning routine.
