Coastal Uncorked kicked off the 2012 event by hosting an oyster roast on the oceanfront lawn at the Sea Captain’s House. Nine area restaurants served oyster dishes ranging from oysters Rockefeller to oyster gumbo. The Paul Grimshaw Band performed for the sold-out crowd.
