The Sons and Daughters of Italy Myrtle Beach Lodge 2662 will host their annual charity golf tournament at Wachesaw East in Murrells with proceeds benefiting Community Kitchen of Myrtle Beach, whose mission is to feed all who are hungry and to eliminate hunger from the community. In 2023, Community Kitchen served 93,551 meals and 123,395 meals and snacks to CHIP (Children’s Hunger Initiative Program). Registration fee for the fundraiser includes golf, cart, golf shirt, breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the lodge after the tournament as well as door prizes and raffles.
