The Carolina Master Chorale invites everyone to become inspired by the “reason for the season” with classic Christmas works, including Ottorino Respighi’s pastoral cantata on the birth of Jesus, Laud to the Nativity; Christmas Day, a medley of old English carols by Gustav Holst; and Benjamin Britten’s Ceremony of Carols (featuring the Carolina Youth Chorale). Plus, a musical celebration of Hanukkah, a variety of holiday carols from many cultures, and a wonderful audience singalong!
