Under the direction of CCU Department of Music associate professor Jesse Willis, the CCU world percussion ensemble CalypSamba will perform a concert featuring Liam Teague, a steel pan virtuoso. CalypSamba has performed at conferences, schools and festivals throughout the United States. Teague is a professor of music and head of steel pan studies at Northern Illinois University, where he also directs the renowned NIU Steelband.
