Beach Sweep at Myrtle Beach State Park

Beach Sweep at Myrtle Beach State Park

Many people love enjoying the beauty of Grand Strand beaches, but more people often means more pollution. Come join volunteers across the county, state and nation as they gather together on September 21 to “sweep” beaches clean. The Myrtle Beach State Park cleanup is appropriate for all ages and park admission is free if you arrive before 9:30 a.m. Wear protective shoes and bring gloves and something to drink.

Myrtle Beach State Park, 4401 S. Kings Highway. Saturday, 9 a.m.–11:30 a.m. Free before 9:30 a.m. (843) 238-0874, southcarolinaparks.com
