After Phil and Jessica’s daughter dies unexpectedly, they must find a balance in their marriage while struggling against the interests of medical researchers, pharmaceutical reps and a local journalist. University scientist Richard is paid by the pharmaceutical company to put his name on studies he didn’t conduct. The company’s rep, Allysa, wants a more lavish life. And Maurice, a reporter for a small town online paper, wants to find the truth.
