A patriotic tradition now in its 30th year, the boat parade will start at high tide from Garden City Point and head to the MarshWalk, down the shoreline to the Hot Fish Club. As the sun sets, turn your attention skyward for a fantastic fireworks display shot off from the end of Veterans Pier. Murrells Inlet MarshWalk. Thursday, parade at 5 p.m., fireworks at 10 p.m. Free.
