Sabrina and Shawn met as undergraduates at Coastal Carolina University at a function between her sorority and his fraternity. After being close friends for about a year, the pair started dating. When they had been dating for three years, Shawn asked his and Sabrina’s close friends and family to fly down from New York and New Jersey. After going out to dinner with Shawn’s parents (who Sabrina knew were in town), she walked into her parents’ house for dessert to find all their friends and family waiting. Shawn proposed with their loved ones there, and they all celebrated the rest of the night. The wedding was held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Garden City and had a vintage yet classy feel. The theme colors were blush pink and Tiffany blue and the couple’s parents and daughter received handkerchiefs with different poems. The couple lives in Murrells Inlet.
