Lethal Weapons opens at Ripley’s Aquarium just in time for summer

If you’re looking for something to do this summer, Ripley’s Aquarium will plunge you headfirst into the fascinating wonders of the sea. The 85,000-square-foot aquarium features a variety of interactive exhibits. Museum-goers can appreciate the beauty of a coral reef, take a figurative trip down the Amazon, watch sea creatures be hand-fed, touch a ray, and ride (safely, of course) through a tank of sharks. If you’re curious to see how the aquarium manages to care for hundreds of marine animals every day, you can tour systems control and explore the water-filtration system. And this summer, brave explorers can enter the exciting new Lethal Weapons exhibit. Designed to reveal the dozens of deadly sea animals that battle daily for survival, the new exhibit is guaranteed to be thrilling. Come marvel at a myriad of deadly creatures like boxing shrimp, 500-volt electric eels, lethal snails, and more—sometimes the smallest creatures pack the biggest punch. So pack up the kids and take the plunge.
