The appropriately named Hog Heaven restaurant is located just south of Pawleys Island and offers slow-cooked BBQ and St. Louis-style ribs, as well as fried chicken, seafood, sandwiches and appetizers. But the BBQ is what all the fuss is about. They offer a buffet with all of their smoked meats and a variety of side items changing daily. With dine-in, carry out and catering options, Hog Heaven also rents out its building for private events such as wedding receptions or family reunions. Though they specialize in BBQ, Hog Heaven also serves Low Country Boil or a traditional Oyster Roast in their catering packages.
