Hand-picked Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault grapes are grown in clay and limestone soil, using sustainable farming practices. Fermentation is long and at a low temperature to maintain a crisp, fresh character. The result is a bright, minerally, fruity and food-friendly wine, year after year. Penfolds has become one of the largest wine producers in Australia since its founding in 1844. Bin 28 was first made in 1959, and displays delicate aromas of framboise, cherry and pomegranate that are ripe and fleshy. The mouthfeel is complex, adding hints of oak, smooth vanilla, almond nougat and chocolate. A real winner when served with beef or lamb cuts with roasted vegetables. Rated 93-points by Wine Spectator.
Migration Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine

A Duckhorn original sparkler, Migration is crafted from cool-climate wine regions, such as California’s North Coast. Obvious notes of strawberry aromas, followed by hints of bright orange citrus and lush flavors of stone fruit bring on an effervescent finish. Aged for 28 months en tirage, which is a French term that refers to the time sparkling wine stays in the bottle to age. Migration rosé can be served with many foods, such as soft cheeses, fried chicken, BBQ shrimp, and fried oysters.
Banfi La Pettegola Vermentino 2024

Banfi is one of the most renowned and dependable wine makers in Italy. With a straw yellow hue, this spritzy white has a nose of citrus, thyme, sage and peach. On the palate, it brings flavors of white pepper and elderflower, with good structure and a lingering, fruity finish. Banfi was founded in 1978 by Italian-American brothers John and Harry Mariani, and offers dozens of still and sparkling wines, plus grappa, olive oil, vinegar, and pasta. James Suckling gave it a 89-point rating.
Bodegas Muga Rioja Reserva 2021

In the important wine region of Rioja, red wines must be aged at least three years in oak barrels to be classed as Reserva. This Muga has a ripe nose of blackberries, plums, spices and a mouthfeel of oak, white pepper, with added silky tannins on the finish. It’s a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, and lesser grapes, earning a 92-point rating from Wine Spectator. You can drink or hold this big red for several years, and it’s a perfect wine to accompany meat dishes like a ribeye steak, charcuterie, and casseroles.
