Adelsheim Breaking Ground Pinot Noir 2022
Newberg, OR $50

Adelsheim Vineyard was the first winery to open in the Chehalem Mountains in 1978. This Pinot Noir offers aromas of roasted spices, black raspberries, and bramble, plus flavor notes of cocoa, anise seed, and black cherry. The texture is rich and silky, with supple acidity and a lingering finish. Like most Pinots, it is very food-friendly and pairs easily with roasted chicken or turkey, fatty fish like salmon, and roasted veggies. It earned a 92-point rating from Wine Advocate.

Three Brooms Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Marlborough, New Zealand $24

This wine is certified sustainable and harvested two weeks later than other wines. The longer hang time means slower ripening and enhanced aromatics of lemongrass and basil. The result is more concentrated flavors, including zesty lime and juicy gooseberry, plus a hint of passion fruit. A vibrant finish keeps the briny citrus character to the end. Serve with most seafoods, especially tuna or swordfish.

Caymus Suisan The Walking Fool 2024
Suisan Valley, CA $38

The aromas for this blend of Cabernet, Syrah, and Shiraz open with sweet spice and old leather, along with hints of

strawberries and cherries. The palate is smooth and lively, featuring flavors of juicy raspberry, cranberry, plus notes of espresso and smoked meat. Bright acidity and gritty tannins bring a mouthwatering texture and finish of cranberry and cocoa hints. Caymus opened in 1972 and continues to produce world-class wines. Pair with beef dishes or roasted mushrooms.

Roederer Estate Brut NV
Anderson Valley, CA $35

This was the first California sparkling wine produced by Champagne Louis Roderer, built on a 200-year-old tradition, making Roederer champagne among the most sought-after labels in the world. Each year, the winemaker selects a portion of the best wines for aging in the Center of France oak casks.

Aged from one to three years, wines from this reserve cellar are added to the blend, creating a multi-vintage cuvee known for its body, finesse, and depth of flavor.

Ferrari Carano Tresor 2023
Healdsburg, CA $60

Trésor is a blend of the five Bordeaux grapes: Cab Saux, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Cab Franc, selected from the best vineyards of Alexander, Dry Creek and Napa Valleys. This wine is richly textured, full-bodied and elegant, with an intriguing bouquet of caramel, cola, cassis and fresh leather. The mouthfeel is silky, with plum, blackberry and toasty oak flavors joining together and blending seamlessly to the last sip. This wine is delicious and will drink well for 7-10 years.
