Although Anna and Adam attended the same high school, they didn’t really meet until long after. They had several mutual friends, but still managed to meet by chance at a karaoke bar, where it was nearly love at first sight (or sound). They dated for five years, making the most of the long distance relationship while Adam was in law school in Atlanta and Anna was working in Charlotte. A great new job offer came for Anna in Atlanta, and things just fell into place—including the ring on her finger. The plan was for the ceremony to be held in the Azalea Row under a beautiful canopy of live oaks at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club. Though they had to relocate to the reception tent because of weather, the ceremony still went off without a hitch. The wedding’s them was English Garden, so in a way the rain was even appropriate, also adding an ambiance with its sound, smell and the feeling of cleansing and new beginnings. The incredible beauty of the venue was highlighted with flower arrangements, softly lit tables and vintage floral china patterns. Judy Springs, the Event Manager at Caledonia, even collected some of the rainwater for the couple to keep and to perhaps someday use as baptism water for a new little Beedenbender. Anna and Adam live in Atlanta.
