Andrea and Chris met through a mutual friend while attending Clemson University. After two years together, Chris took Andrea to dinner at her favorite restaurant after they spent a day on the lake. When they went for an after-dinner walk on the boardwalk, it was decorated with candles and a path of rose petals leading to a heart of petals, where Chris stopped to propose. The ceremony took place in Oak Allee in Brookgreen Gardens, with the reception and cocktail hour in the adjoining gardens. They live in Columbia.
