Pina Colada Cake

If you’ve heard the rumor that Tommy Bahama has become a dessert destination, it’s true. At the center of this sugar buzz is Tommy’s signature Pina Colada Cake. Four layers of vanilla cake are sprayed with Myers dark rum, slathered with diced pineapple and covered in thick white chocolate frosting and toasted coconut. And a big dollop of whipped cream is served on the side.
