These two holiday productions are the ticket to Christmas fun

Looking for a great way to get the entire family in the holiday spirit? Two great long-running Christmas shows are just the ticket.

The Carolina Opry Christmas Special is crafted by owner, producer and entertainer Calvin Gilmore. The 2016 show will blend the old with the new, creating a stunning experience. Great music and vocals will be featured by the likes of award winners Christie Templeton, Rita Gumm and Gilmore himself. Don’t miss the beautiful sights on the way into the theater. The decor will feature more than 35 Christmas trees, 75 wreaths, countless ornaments and mounds of snow.

The South’s Grandest Christmas Show is the Alabama Theatre’s award-winning production, which combines scenery, special effects and raw talent. Learn the true meaning of Christmas through a mix of classic and contemporary seasonal favorites. Also featured in this year’s show is comedian Ricky Mokel. Enjoy this show filled with song, dance and laughter.
